Branding Starter takes 5–7 business days. Pro and Elite packages take 7–14 days. Video editing is typically 3–5 days per batch. Rush delivery is available on select packages.

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. Starter packages include 1–2 rounds, Pro includes unlimited revisions with priority response. Revisions are submitted via email and turned around within 48 hours.

Design work: PNG, JPG, SVG, and print-ready PDF. Video: MP4 in 1080p (4K on Pro/Elite). Source files are included with Pro and Elite packages. All files delivered via Google Drive or WeTransfer.

Absolutely. Upgrade at any time and any amount already paid is applied as credit. For retainer clients, changes take effect on the next billing cycle. Just send an email and we'll handle the rest.

We stand behind our work. If you're unhappy after the full revision process we'll work to make it right. Monthly retainer plans can be cancelled before the next billing cycle with no penalty.
